We are proud to announce that we will provide a new training Root Cause Analysis for Fokker Elmo on October 26th and 27th. The training is developed for employees of a subsidiary of Fokker Elmo in China.

Root Cause Analysis training is designed to reduce or avoid errors in internal (production) processes, especially the mistakes that are identified by Fokker Elmo employees themselves. Our instructors teach methods designed to identify errors. If, however, mistakes occur, errors can be better managed, so that their impact is reduced.
